Hey, i just wanted to say it’s something completly different to be proud of your contry in Germany. I know in Amerika it’s normal but here it has to do with the very dark history of Germany with the second world war. someone with the “reichsadler” or the german flag tattooed is much likely a nazi- some of those things are even illegal cause you simathise with the “nationalsozialisten”. i just wanted to inform you that those things are actually not great german tattoo ideas cause they have a dark background.

The first design (the eagle holding the empty circle) is called “Reichsadler”. IT IS A NAZI SYMBOL. The empty circle normally holds a swastika. Please remove it, as it goes against everything that Germany has stood for in over 70 years. This tattoo is an insult to our German culture and to every victim of the Nazi Regime.
Also the Wehrmacht soldier beating a red star is also not a good tattoo to honor fallen soldiers and family members, but also more of an insult towards to thousands of german man and teenagers who died in a war they were tricked into by Hitler.
