In 1990, Don and Debra Yarian inaugurated Eagle River Tattoo with the intention of creating a beautiful and comfortable place where tattoo lovers could get top-notch work done. As tattoo artists, they have worked with many of the most trustworthy and most known tattoo artists in the universe. After living and working all over the country, they relocated to Alaska in 2000, working first with Larry Allen and Anchorage Tattoo, and later starting Eagle River Tattoo in 2008.

Located in Eagle River, Alaska, within Fort Richardson and Chugach State Park in the Chugach Mountains, our property is located in a beautiful downtown city. When Larry initially tattooed himself in 1958, he was 18. When he inaugurated his tattoo shop in 1975, he was 18 years old. The artist has received many honors and apprehends how to tattoo all over the world. Larry withdrew from tattooing in 2004 after 12 years of tattooing in Alaska, California, Hawaii, and Canada. Family-owned and operated since 1982, Anchorage Tattoo Studio emphasizes second-generation management.
