Vincent Neil Wharton is an American Musician and is highly acclaimed to be one of the most tattooed American musicians. Vince was also imprisoned after being convicted of vehicular manslaughter in the 1984 death of Hanoi Rocks drummer Nicholas “Razzle” Dingley.
