Omar Jeffery Pineiro, better known by his stage name, Smokepurpp is an American singer, songwriter, rapper, and record producer. Omar started his career as a record producer but switched to singing and rapping after his song, “Audi” got him success in 2016. Omar released his debut mixtape the following year titled Deadstar which peaked at number 42 on the US Billboard 200. His 2018 single, “Nephew” feat Lil Pump peaked at number 5 on the US Billboard Hot 100.

Face Tattoos
1. ‘X’ Tattoo
Tattoo: The left side of Omar’s face contains a little star tattooed on it.
Meaning: The star on his cheek represents the name of his debut album, “Deadstar”.
2. Target, Heart, and A Tattoos
Tattoo: The right side of his face contains a little heart tattooed just below his eye. There is a cross over the heart too. His hairline on the right side of his face contains a little target tattooed on it. He also has a tattoo of a circle with the letter, “A” tattooed inside it on the right side of his head, underneath his hair.

Tattoo: The forehead of the singer contains a tattoo of a map outline on it.
Meaning: The map outline is of the state of Florida that Omar got to show his love for the place from which he originated, Miami, Florida.

Tattoo: The right side of his neck contains a tattoo of an electric guitar on it. There is also a rope tattooed in the shape of a hangman’s noose suspended from his right ear, tattooed along his jaw and neck.
Meaning: Omar got the tattoo of the guitar to show his love for music. The young rapper is also a songwriter and a record producer.

Tattoo: The left side of the rapper’s neck contains a tattoo of a honeybee on it.
Meaning: The bee tattoo on Smoke’s neck is a hint towards one of his own favorite songs that he released in 2018 under the title, “Bumble Bee”
6. Dead Tattoo
Tattoo: The front side of Omar’s neck contains the word, “DEAD” tattooed on it except that the letter “A” has been replaced by a star.
Meaning: The tattoo is a reference to the word, Deadstar which was the name of the first album by Omar.
7. Bat Tattoo
Tattoo: The front side of his neck, above his dead tattoo, contains another tattoo right on his throat and his chin. There is a tattoo of the face of a bat along with two skulls tattooed there.
Meaning: There used to be a tattoo of a skull which was then changed to the face of a bloodthirsty bat and wings were added below it.

8. Dracula and Bottle Tattoos
Tattoo: The stomach of the singer contains two very peculiar tattoos. There is a face of Dracula along with a beard and horns, tattooed alongside a baby’s sipper bottle on the stomach of the rapper. The bottle contains blood inside it instead of milk.
Meaning: Omar is a fan of the character of Dracula which is why he got it tattooed on his body. This is not the only tattoo surrounding Dracula as there is another one on his right arm.

Meaning: The bunny is actually the symbol of playboy and the broken heart stands for his tough luck in the previous relationship that he had. As of 2020, Omar is single and on a break.

Tattoo: The upper side of his right forearm contains a large tattoo of a yellow and red snake on it.

Tattoo: The side of his left forearm contains a tattoo of a pineapple on it. There is also a tattoo of a little cartoon ghost right next to the pineapple.

Tattoo: Omar’s left hand contains a tattoo of a flamingo on the inner side of his wrist.

Tattoo: There is a tattoo of the face of Mickey Mouse on the inner side of his left forearm. But what’s peculiar about this tattoo is that Mickey is shown dead with Xs for eyes and blood dripping from his mouth as a snake has strangled him to death.
