Symbolizing “Head” (cabeza), “Heart” (corazón), and “Balls” (cojones) in Spanish, this tattoo carries a profound significance for Alcaraz, thanks to his grandfather, to whom he attributes a large part of his achievements. The tattoo signifies energy, bravery, and mental resilience both in his personal journey and on the court.
