India has a dedicatory tattoo for her dog named the Bronx. She got the name inked on her ear with different colors in September 2017. Each of the letters is made differently, for example, the B is made with a heart while the O is made with a paw print.

Fantasia Barrino has a long vine of roses on her foot which extends to her leg and is added with the words ‘Love’ and two paw prints. The whole design is done with black ink.

Miranda Lambert got a paw print tattoo on her foot and it is colored with pink ink. This tattoo was inked days before her wedding to Blake Shelton.
Eve’s one of the most famous tattoos is on her chest- the paw tattoo; “like a birthmark,” she says. She says that she has other tattoos that are hidden and she didn’t intend this one to be visible either. She told in an interview:
I don’t dress around them. I used to when I was getting started, but now, I never really think about them. Sometimes, they’ll pop out and I’ll be like, ‘oh, right, that’s right. They’re still there.’
The tattoo has a story behind it. She got this ink when she had a rap career and she was young. She did not want her mother to see this ink because it was something she got as a dare. Although paw print was something she wanted, her friends forced her to get it in a sexy location, She revealed in an interview:
It was a dare. A friend of mine at the time — I wanted to get some dog paws, as you do, and I was like ‘I want to put them somewhere cool’ — she was like ‘I dare you to just put ’em on your chest.’ And I was like ‘Really? All right!’ … I didn’t take any persuading at all. And I did it and I was excited about it, and then thought about my mom. And then when my mom saw them she was like “Really? That it the tackiest thing I’ve ever seen.” … Years later I said to her I kinda had a thought like ‘mom, what do you think if I maybe got them removed, just asking.’ And she was like “No, you can’t do that! That’s how people know you!’ … Everybody comes around, it’s fine.
Currently, the tattoos have faded quite a bit and she says that she does not want them to darken or refresh them!
I kind of like that they’re faded. They’ve grown with me.
