Colin Fletcher’s 5 Tattoos & Their Meanings

Colin Fletcher is an English professional Mixed Martial Artist who competes in the Welterweight category of the Ultimate Fighting Championship. He is known as “The Freakshow” because he enters the ring in the disguise of a joker. He has won 16 out of the 26 professional fights that he has entered.  Most of his upper body is covered in massive tattoos that just aren’t normal. Let us take a look at his tattoos and the meanings behind them.

1. ‘Spider, Hands, and Name’ Tattoo

Tattoo: The middle of his stomach contains a tattoo of a spider with a heart as its body. There are two large hands emerging from the heart that covers his chest and reach his shoulders, clawing their way into his skin. The names, “MARIA” and “ABIE” are tattooed in between the front legs of the spider on his stomach.

2. Tribal Tattoo

Tattoo: The upper side of both of his arm is covered in a tribal tattoo design.

3. ‘Spiderweb’ Tattoo

Tattoo: Both the forearms of the fighter along with his biceps are covered in a tattoo design of spiderwebs.

4. ‘Cuts’ Tattoo

Tattoo: The backside of his neck and shoulders contains bloody cuts tattooed on it to go with the tattoo of the claws on his chest and shoulders.

5. Back Tattoo

Tattoo: There is a string of characters tattooed along Colin’s spine.
